Train yourself: the founder can now self-train any unlocked programming language for money and time, raising it by one level - no longer only by working on projects. While training you are busy and step back from active projects, so it is a real trade-off. (In the Languages panel, an unlocked language's button becomes a Train button.)

Maintenance contracts now show their progress as elapsed / total months on the development screen.
