Choose how capacity works when you found your studio: Guided shows a recommended limit and warns before you overbook, while Free removes the limit entirely - take on as many projects as you dare.
New roles at work: QA specialists focus on testing and test faster, while Project Managers raise how many projects you can juggle without writing code.
Improvements
The active-projects badge is now colour-coded - green when you have room, yellow at your limit, red when overbooked.

Custom difficulty gains a Project Capacity slider to make the recommended limit stricter or more relaxed.
Bug Fixes
Your reputation no longer snaps back to 100 at the start of each month. A branch office's monthly bonus was clamping total reputation to 100 and silently erasing anything you had earned above it.
