Roster filters & team hint fix

• Filter the employee roster by job title, specialty (programming language), assignment status, and health/training - so a big team is easy to scan.

Bug Fixes

• The team-composition hint now counts developers of any seniority, so it no longer reports a missing developer when your team is already staffed with senior developers.
