Team leads: give a team a lead who speeds up the team's assigned project and cuts down its bugs. On a team project this replaces the old company-wide team-lead bonus, so there is no more double-counting.
Rule-based auto-assignment: set a team's rules — which project types and languages it accepts, plus a priority — and it automatically picks up matching projects each day. It is opt-in, so teams without rules behave exactly as before, and you can always override an assignment by hand.
Team training: train a whole team in a programming language for time and money. New members inherit the team's trained level, and skills never decay.
Office-tier team size: the maximum team size now scales with your office, so teams grow as your company does.
